Comadian Zarganar pays respect to NLD central executive committee member Win Tin at a ceremony offering food to monks and others. The ceremony was held on November 9, 2011, at Inya Kan Phyar Monastery on University Avenue Road in Rangoon to commemorate the 21st anniversary of NLD member Maung Ko’s death.
Maung Ko died on November 9, 1990. His family said that he died because he was tortured in the Yaykyiai interrogation center.
