Amnesty International awarded its most prestigious, the Ambassador of the consciousness Prize to Mrs Aung San Suu Kyi, actually facing a trial in Myanmar.

Bono (group U2) announced the news during a show on Monday evening in Dublin, before performing " Walk On ", he wrote for her heroic fight for freedom and justice.

Aung San Suu Kyi- who spent 13 of the last 20 years under house arrest - stayed a symbol of hope, courage and the eternal of defence of human rights for the people of Myanmar, but also for many other people in the world.

While her trial is coming to the end, the Nobel Prize has to face a possible 5 years punishment, in the famous Insein prison - some people call it the " hole of the darkest hell of Burma. " Amnesty members are beside Aung San Suu Kyi for more than 20 years, and will remain.
